How can what is stated in Surah Saba, verse 44, and other verses that indicate that the Messenger Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, was sent to a nation to whom no warner had come before, be reconciled with the verses that mention that God sent a warner to every nation (10:47, 16:35, 35:24, 40:5, 22:34,67)?

Allah Almighty's mercy towards His creation led Him to send messengers and reveal scriptures to them, so as to bring them out of darkness into light and establish proof against them. The way to reconcile the verses is as follows: The verse (مَا أَتَاهُمْ مِنْ نَذِيرٍ مِنْ قَبْلِكَ) [No warner came to them before you], and the verse (وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا إِلَيْهِمْ قَبْلَكَ مِنْ نَذِيرٍ) [Nor did We send to them before you any warner] refer specifically to the Arabs, or more precisely to Quraysh, for Allah Almighty did not send a messenger among them before Muhammad (peace be upon him). As for the verse (وَإِنْ مِنْ أُمَّةٍ إِلا خَلا فِيهَا نَذِيرٌ) [And there is no nation but that a warner has passed among them], it refers to all nations. All nations had warners precede them, and messengers came to them, except for this illiterate nation, Quraysh, or the Arabs in general, to whom no warner came before the advent of the Prophet (peace be upon him). So, when Muhammad (peace be upon him) came to them, they became like the other nations among whom warners had passed.
