If the heirs are limited to those mentioned, the wife receives one-fourth as her prescribed share due to the absence of a lineal descendant. The two full sisters receive two-thirds as their prescribed share. The remainder goes to the sons of the full brother by ta'sib (residuary heirship), to be divided equally among them. The inheritance should be divided into forty-eight shares: the wife receives twelve shares, the two sisters receive thirty-two shares (sixteen shares for each), and each son of the full brother receives one share. As for the sister's daughter, she does not inherit. Inheritance cases must be submitted to the Sharia courts to verify all rights, debts, and bequests.
