The aforementioned divorce does not take place because the husband did not utter it, and the wife does not have the right to divorce. The husband is not obligated to provide his wife with clothing for every occasion; rather, what is obligatory is a sufficient amount, according to what is customary and appropriate for the circumstances of the spouses.
