As long as the wife has not done what the divorce was conditioned upon, and nothing else was intended, nor was it indicated by any presumption or custom, then the divorce does not occur. Furthermore, scholars have issued fatwas that the divorce does not occur, so one should not pay attention to whispers () and doubts, because divorce does not occur with doubt, and the default is the continuation of the marriage.
