Does divorce occur with the statement, "I swear by divorce that you wash these clothes," with the intention made before leaving for the visit, if the wife washes some of them and leaves the rest?

The issue of a wife serving her husband is disputed, with the preponderant view being its obligation according to custom, and cooperation between spouses is encouraged. What occurred here is the suspension of divorce on the wife washing clothes. A suspended divorce takes effect upon the occurrence of the condition it was suspended upon. Thus, if she does not wash the clothes, the divorce occurs according to the majority of scholars, even if the husband did not intend it. And if he intended the washing of all clothes, then washing only some of them does not fulfill the condition.
