ما دليل قطع الرأس بالسيف في الإسلام؟

Evidence has been reported from the Sunnah, the actions of the Companions, and the texts of scholars regarding the permissibility of execution by sword for those who deserve it in one of the Hudud (prescribed penalties) of Allah. Indeed, the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded Ali to strike the neck of Uqbah ibn Abi Mu'ayt with the sword on the day of Badr because he was one of the most obstinate disbelievers and mockers.
