Is it permissible for the expiation for an oath (kaffarat al-yamin) to be feeding people at weddings?

Expiation for an oath is a right for the poor and needy, and it is not permissible to spend it on feeding crowds at weddings, because it is difficult to identify exactly ten needy people. However, if it were possible to feed ten needy people with the intention of expiation, that would suffice.
