Is it possible for a girl to live with her state of no one proposing to her, despite her desire for chastity, and her suffering from people's talk and her feeling of despair?

Delay in marriage is a provision, like any other, and its remedy lies in holding fast to Allah, sincere supplication to Him, and patience. One should not pay attention to people's talk, and should exert efforts in searching for spouses by seeking help from trustworthy individuals, or by the girl offering herself in marriage within the Islamic guidelines. As for magic, it may not be the reason, and even if it is strongly suspected, its cure is easy. It is advisable to be diligent in what helps preserve chastity and to avoid temptation.
