Does a divorce occur if the husband said to his wife: "My wife will be divorced if she enters these websites," and she entered them?

The majority of scholars hold that if a husband ties his wife's divorce to a condition, his wife is divorced when the condition is met, regardless of whether the husband intended to effect the divorce or merely intended to threaten, emphasize, or prevent.

Therefore, the fatwa we adopt is that if you did what you tied your wife's divorce to, a single divorce occurred, unless you intended to repeat the divorce by repeating the condition.

If this divorce does not complete the three divorces, you may take your wife back before her 'iddah expires.

We also alert you that tying divorce to a condition for the purpose of compelling oneself to abstain from certain forbidden acts is not a sound approach.
