Is it a sin to prefer Abu Bakr and Khadijah over the rest of the Companions, to believe that Uthman was not qualified for leadership compared to the other three Caliphs, to feel something towards Mu'awiyah and Amr ibn al-'As due to their persistence in error, and to prefer Medina over Mecca?

The virtue of Uthman ibn Affan, may Allah be pleased with him, is established, and he is the most virtuous of the Companions after the two Shaykhs (Abu Bakr and Umar). What is authoritative among scholars is that Fatimah is more virtuous than Khadijah. The books of Sunnah are replete with the Salaf's contentment with Mu'awiyah and Amr ibn al-Aas, and both were mujtahids rewarded for their ijtihad. A Muslim should focus on reforming himself and his society, refrain from delving into what occurred among the Salaf, mention the Companions with the best mention, and refrain from discussing their disputes. The Salaf unanimously praised the Companions who fought in the battles of Al-Jamal and Siffin. Makkah and Madinah are the best places on Earth; the majority of scholars believe that Makkah is superior, while the Malikis hold that Madinah is superior.
