Is it permissible to work on a project to build a cultural center funded by Christians and erected on land owned by them?

A Muslim cooperates with everyone in goodness and truth but abandons them in evil and falsehood, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression" [Al-Ma'idah: 2]. If the activities of the "cultural center" do not contradict the beliefs and rulings of Islam, then there is no objection to participating in it, and its funding by non-Muslims does not harm it. However, if the activities contradict Islam, then it is not permissible for a Muslim to contribute to or participate in it.
