What is the ruling on paying the insurance for the first month to subscribe to a sports club if it is free of music and intermingling in the morning?

If the sports insurance is intended to be commercial insurance based on gharar (excessive uncertainty), gambling, and riba (usury), then it is prohibited, and it is not permissible to subscribe to it or register in a sports club that mandates it. However, if it is cooperative, solidarity-based insurance founded on cooperation and donation, then there is no harm in subscribing to it.
