An adult, mature heir may donate their share as an endowment (perpetual charity) on behalf of their mother, which is an act of kindness towards her.

Male heirs may relinquish their share of gold to the females if they are adult and mature. If the father relinquishes his share of gold to the daughters with the consent of the male heirs, there is no objection.
