What is the method for dividing the inheritance of a woman who passed away, leaving an amount of (370,0 DZD and 350 Euros), and her heirs are: a husband, a son, and 3 daughters, and what is the ruling on the gold she left in addition to the money?

If the deceased left no heirs other than a husband, one son, and three daughters, then the husband receives one-fourth due to the presence of a lineal descendant, as Allah Almighty says: "But if they have a child, then for you is a fourth of what they leave, after any bequest they [may have] made or debt." The remainder goes to the son and daughters by way of ta'sib (residuary heirship), with the male receiving the share of two females, as Allah Almighty says: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females."

The estate is divided into twenty shares: the husband receives five shares (one-fourth), the son receives six shares, and each daughter receives three shares. All of the estate, including money and gold, is divided according to these twenty shares.

Note: Inheritance matters are serious and complex. It is not sufficient to rely on a mere fatwa; rather, they must be brought before Sharia courts for investigation and to ensure that there are no other heirs, wills, debts, or rights that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
