How is the inheritance to be divided among the deceased's heirs, who are: a mother, a daughter, two sons, one full sister, and seven full brothers, taking into account the deceased's will to give the gold to his daughter?

The inheritance is to be divided as follows: The mother receives one-sixth due to the presence of a lineal descendant, as Allah Almighty said: "And for his parents, each of them will have one sixth of what he leaves if he has a child." The remainder is to be divided among the two sons and the daughter, with the male receiving the share of two females. As for the full brothers, they are excluded by the presence of a lineal descendant. The will bequeathing gold to the daughter is not valid unless it is approved by the adult, discerning heirs. Inheritance matters must be referred to the Sharia courts for investigation.
