Is buying a house through the bank, where the bank buys the house and then resells it to the couple while taking its profits, considered usury, knowing that the couple agrees to the terms without reluctance and pays the bank a monthly installment similar to the current rent amount, in order to avoid the housing crisis and fear of eviction?

If the bank buys the house and takes possession of it, then sells it to you for a known price and known installments, and does not stipulate a penalty for delay, then this is a permissible Murabaha contract. The bank's increase on the purchase price in exchange for installment payments is permissible and not usury, and it has been approved by the Islamic Fiqh Academy.
