What is the interpretation of the state of a young man who wears women's underwear and inserts objects into his anus, then masturbates, despite his consistent performance of prayers and attendance at Qur'an study circles, and his inability to stop these actions despite knowing their unlawfulness, and what is the way to treat this condition?

Wearing women's clothes and engaging in masturbation are sins. A young man must sincerely repent from both by supplicating and marrying, as marriage is a means of protecting oneself, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "O young men, whoever among you can afford to marry, let him do so, for it is more apt to lower the gaze and guard the private parts. And whoever cannot afford to do so, let him fast, for it is a shield for him." Furthermore, accompanying righteous people and staying away from everything that incites lust helps in repentance.
