Is the work of a deceased father, who was a taxi driver and suffered from many illnesses, considered Jihad in the way of Allah, and is he considered a martyr?

The efforts of fathers to secure maintenance for their children, so as to suffice them and keep them from begging, will be rewarded if they intend it for Allah’s sake, based on the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) saying: “Indeed, you will not spend any expenditure seeking thereby the Face of Allah, except that you will be rewarded for it, even that which you place in your wife’s mouth.” And his saying: “A dinar you spend on your family is the greatest in reward.” If a father dies while performing a righteous deed, such as securing maintenance for his children, this does not mean he died a martyr in the specific sense of martyrdom (fighting polytheists in the way of Allah), nor does it mean he died a mujahid in the specific sense of jihad.
