Is a father who was killed by an Asian worker in an empty place due to his harshness towards him considered a martyr in the sight of Allah?

We ask Allah to have mercy on your father and to console you well. We also guide all Muslims to be gentle with their workers. We advise you to pray for mercy for your father, seek forgiveness for him, and give charity on his behalf. If he was killed unjustly, we hope that Allah accepts him among the martyrs, for whoever is killed unjustly is a martyr, as stated by Sheikh Zakariya al-Ansari, and supported by al-Shirbini, al-Haytami, and others.
