Must a woman who performed ablution (wudu') repeat the Asr, Maghrib, and Isha prayers if she doubted whether a discharge that invalidates ablution occurred before or during them, especially since she suffers from obsessive-compulsive disorder (waswasah)?

If something is likely to occur in one of two timeframes, it is attributed to the latter, in accordance with the rule: "The origin of every new event is estimated by the closest time." So, if you doubt whether the secretions came out before or after 'Isha, the default is to estimate their çıkış as after 'Isha, and you are not required to make up any prayers. If you are certain they came out before 'Isha but doubt if they came out before Maghrib, you are only required to make up the 'Isha prayer. An oath sworn under the influence of whisperings (waswasah) does not necessitate expiation, nor does breaking it under the influence of whisperings. Your repeating the prayer does not contradict the aforementioned oath, because it appears that the oath was sworn on not repeating the prayer due to whisperings, not due to something that necessitates its repetition.
