Is the ‘Isha prayer valid if a woman afflicted with continuous discharge does not renew her ablution, given that she performed ablution for the Maghrib prayer and then left the mosque before ‘Isha?

If the discharge is continuous and does not stop, it is considered like incontinence ( سلس) where the person cannot maintain their ritual purity. Therefore, it is obligatory to perform ablution (Wudu') for each prayer after washing the affected area, binding it, and taking precautions against the discharge of the impurity.

Accordingly, if she prayed the 'Isha prayer without ablution, she must repeat it because it was performed without ritual purity, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The prayer of one of you is not accepted if he passes wind until he performs ablution."
