You are advised to continue counseling your husband and reminding him of Allah’s right and the consequences of immoral acts. If he persists in them, it is better to seek a divorce. As for your agreement to provide a separate residence for you to raise your child and for the husband to stay away, it is permissible without a divorce, provided you both agree to waive your rights, or after a divorce, provided it is publicized and the residence is independent. However, keeping the situation without divorce and concealing it is not permissible. Aborting the fetus at this stage is forbidden unless the mother’s life is in certain danger, or if the fetus is proven dead. Otherwise, it is considered murder. As for aborting it before this period, it is forbidden as it corrupts progeny.
