Does one break their fast if they masturbate during a Ramadan day without the intention of ejaculation, then stop moments before ejaculation, and then semen is released a few seconds later?

Masturbation is the intentional emission of semen by any means. Whoever masturbates must make up the fast (Qada') but is not required to offer expiation (Kaffarah). Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen also mentioned that the fast is invalidated by it.
