Is it obligatory to complete the fast for someone who masturbated during the daytime in Ramadan, and what are the consequences if he breaks his fast after that?

Masturbation is forbidden in Ramadan and outside of it, and in Ramadan, it is even more sinful. If it does not result in the emission of semen, the fast is valid. However, if semen is emitted, the fast is broken, and a make-up day is obligatory, along with the necessity of refraining from all fast-breakers for the remainder of the day. One must also repent, seek forgiveness, and make up the missed fast.
