Is a girl's fast considered valid if she masturbated unintentionally in Ramadan?

Masturbation is forbidden and necessitates repentance. If practicing it leads to the emission of semen during fasting, then the fast is broken, and a make-up day is obligatory, without expiation, according to the preponderant opinion. One must abstain for the remainder of the day out of respect for the sanctity of the time. However, if it does not result in the emission of semen, then the fast is valid.
