Is tight clothing for women disliked (makruh), even if it leads to the arousal of desires and instincts?

There is a difference between covering a woman's awrah (private parts) for prayer and covering it from non-mahram men. In prayer, the prayer is valid even with tight clothing that covers the awrah, though it is disliked (makrooh). However, when covering from non-mahram men, it is a condition that the clothing not be tight, so as not to describe the size of the body.

It is disliked for a woman to wear clothing that describes the color of the skin of the awrah, except for those to whom it is permissible to look at it (such as her husband or master). As for wearing clothing that describes the size, it is generally disliked. However, it is forbidden if it is in a place where those to whom it is impermissible to look at her can see her. Thus, the covering must be thick and loose-fitting. The dislike mentioned has no relation to arousing desires.
