The answer

The agent is obligated to act in the best interest of his principal, and the rights of a purchase contract revert to the principal, not the agent. Therefore, whatever the seller gives as a gift to the agent is the right of the principal and is considered a reduction in price. Accordingly, the price difference and what is gifted to the agent are not permissible for him to take except with the company's knowledge. The company's procrastination does not justify the agent taking what is not rightfully his; rather, he must demand his right.
