How is the inheritance divided for a woman who died and left behind: (3) daughters, a deceased husband, a deceased full brother who has children, two deceased maternal half-brothers who have children, and three living maternal half-sisters?
If the deceased woman's mentioned heirs are only her three daughters and her full brother's sons, then the daughters receive two-thirds of what the deceased left, as Allah Almighty says: ﴿But if there are [only] daughters, two or more, for them is two thirds of what he left.﴾
The remaining third goes to the males among the full brother's sons, according to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Give the prescribed shares to those who are entitled to them, and whatever remains is for the closest male heir."
As for the maternal half-brothers' sons, they do not inherit because they are from the kin by blood (Dhawi al-Arham), and similarly, the maternal half-sisters do not inherit because they are excluded by the daughters, and they only inherit in cases of kalalah (when there are no direct ascendants or descendants).
As for the husband, he does not inherit because he passed away before his wife.
We caution that inheritance matters are serious and complex, and one should not rely solely on a fatwa. Rather, they must be referred to Sharia courts for investigation, as there may be another heir, or wills, or debts, or other rights that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
