Are "the eternal youths" the Muslim children who died young?

The meaning of "youths of everlasting [grace] will circulate among them." is: Youths from the youths of Paradise will circulate among the people of Paradise, serving them. "Mukhalla-doon" (immortalized) means they remain in a single state, unchanging. Their age does not increase beyond a certain point. They are likened to scattered pearls due to their beauty and their widespread presence in service to the people of Paradise.

Scholars have differed regarding who these immortalized youths are. Some said they are the children of Muslims who die young. Others said they are the children of polytheists. The correct view, which was preferred by Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah and Ibn al-Qayyim, is that they are creations of Paradise specifically for the service of its inhabitants, and they are not the children of the people of this world. The children of the people of this world, if they enter Paradise, will have their creation perfected in the form of Adam, with a height of sixty cubits and a width of seven cubits.
