Were the immortalized youths created to satisfy the sexual desires of homosexuals in Paradise as a reward for their patience and avoidance of sins in this world, or is there another category of beautiful youths designated for them?

This misconception, propagated by some atheists, about the existence of "ghilman" (youths/boys) in Paradise for committing indecency with them is false. Islam prohibits homosexuality and considers it a major crime. Allah punished the people of Lut for their heinous act. The verses cited by the atheists (Al-Waqi'ah: 17-21, Al-Tur: 24, Al-Insan: 19) describe the "immortal ghilman" as servants of the people of Paradise who circulate among them with food and drink, not for committing indecency. Interpreters have unanimously agreed that they are a special creation designated to serve the people of Paradise, having no connection whatsoever to what these atheists have fabricated.
