What is the share of each heir from the deceased's estate, and how is one-third of his money to be disbursed in the way of Allah?

If the deceased bequeathed one-third of his wealth, his will must be executed, and the heirs are not permitted to reject it. The one-third is to be disbursed from the entire estate, including the house and money. If he left nothing but a house, one-third of its value is disbursed. The bequest "in the way of Allah" is spent on jihad, and it has also been said, on Hajj. After the bequest is disbursed, the remainder is divided among the heirs: the wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant, and the remainder goes to the sons and daughters by ta'sib (agnatic inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females. The inheritance (after disbursing the one-third bequest) is divided into 120 shares: the wife receives 15 shares, each son 14 shares, and each daughter 7 shares.
