Does cultivating and planting land and building a house on it for more than 150 years necessitate ownership rights, despite the absence of title deeds?

If the land has known owners, it is not permissible to transgress their ownership, even if the period of utilization of the land has been long; because Islam has forbidden aggression against property, and owners have exclusive rights to their possessions. No one may dispute an owner's right to his property without a just cause. Therefore, you do not have the right to own this land unless its ownership is transferred to you through a legitimate means, such as sale, gift, or charity.
