The false oath is a grave evil, and its repulsiveness increases if it leads to the loss of someone else's right. Severe warnings have been issued regarding the immersion oath (al- al-ghamūs). As for the divorce, it is not possible to determine whether it occurred or not, due to not knowing the circumstances of the judge's ruling, and the default is that his ruling is enforceable. It is advisable to consult scholars in detail regarding such matters.
