What is the ruling on taking pictures next to graves and ancient Egyptian temples, and is that considered disbelief (kufr)?

Photography and visiting graves and temples are not considered disbelief (kufr). We advise avoiding the whispers of declaring others disbelievers. Statues and three-dimensional images of the pharaohs are forbidden by consensus, in addition to the veneration they entail for these disbelievers. Therefore, it is not permissible to go to their locations and take pictures beside them for remembrance.
