What is the ruling on a son driving his family to a wedding that involves forbidden things, or leaving his car for them to use, if they insist on going under the pretext of maintaining kinship ties, and what are the consequences of parental anger that may result from this?

It is not permissible to take family members to weddings that include forbidden acts, nor to lend them the car for that purpose, as this constitutes aiding in sin, which is forbidden by Islamic law. This is based on the Almighty's saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression," and on Al-Buhuti's ruling that it is forbidden to lend an object for an unlawful benefit. There is no obedience to parents in disobedience to Allah. The son must explain the religious ruling to his parents in a good manner.
