Is it permissible for a close female friend to remove a pubic hair for her friend if she feels too embarrassed to ask her mother, and is afraid to remove it herself?

Removing pubic hair is among the practices of fitra (innate disposition), and Islamic law has set a period of forty days for not removing it. The general rule is that the mukallaf (accountable individual) should remove it themselves, unless they are unable to do so. It is not permissible for a woman to ask her friend to remove her pubic hair or to enable her to do so, as this is among the forbidden and disgraceful acts and is not befitting for a Muslim woman to do, except out of necessity. Fear of removal is not considered an excuse, as there are easy ways to remove it. Explicit texts have been narrated prohibiting a man from looking at the awrah (private parts) of another man, and a woman from looking at the awrah of another woman. Scholars have reached a consensus on this prohibition, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace be upon him: "A man should not look at the awrah of a man, nor should a woman look at the awrah of a woman." This act is permissible in cases of inability to move, illness, loss of sanity, or similar excuses.
