What is the ruling on a woman removing her body hair, and to whom is this permissible?

It is permissible for her to remove hair, except for the hair of the eyebrows and the head. This can be done by herself, her husband, one of her mahrams (in areas they are permitted to see on her body), or another woman (in areas she is permitted to see).
