Is it permissible to pay 50,000 Saudi Riyals to buy a kidney from a donor for transplantation to a patient?

Kidney transplantation is permissible for the one in dire need, provided it is obtained through a lawful means. It is not permissible for a person to sell their kidney or any of their organs, as this falls under the threat of punishment for one who sells a free person. Furthermore, a person does not own their body or its organs. This is also to prevent it from becoming a means for organ trafficking or an attack on the weak and the theft of their kidneys out of greed for money.
