Is it permissible, Islamically, for a man who has three daughters and brothers to give each daughter one floor of his three-story house during his lifetime?

If a father divides his house among his daughters during his lifetime, while he is sound and of age, and without intending to disinherit other heirs, then this division is permissible and becomes a valid gift if the the daughters take possession of the houses given to them. A gift of a residential house to a young son becomes valid when the gifting father vacates it and removes his furniture from it, after which the father may rent it to the son, and after one year, the father may return to it. However, if the father intends to disinherit his heirs, then he is sinful due to his bad intention and unlawful purpose.
