What is the ruling on eating an egg that has a small spot of blood due to fertilization?

Eggs become ritually impure (najis) if they contain blood, and it is impermissible (haram) to eat eggs that have spoiled and turned into blood. However, if the blood is merely a small speck, the jurists have made an exception, deeming it ritually pure (tahir).
