The answer

If a woman experiencing irregular bleeding (mustahadah) forgets and says the salutations of peace (taslim) before completing the prayer, and a pillar remains, such as the Tashahhud, she must perform what she forgot and what comes after it, then prostrate for forgetfulness (sujud al-sahw) and say the taslim, provided the interval is not long. Otherwise, she must repeat the prayer. If she forgets the taslim, she should perform it and prostrate for forgetfulness if she remembers soon. Otherwise, she must repeat the prayer. However, forgetting one of the two taslims does not affect the validity of the prayer. Turning the head unintentionally due to forgetfulness is permissible, but doing so intentionally without need is disliked.
