Does sitting with a friend at a shisha cafe near a mosque, without partaking in the smoking, count as mocking the house of worship?

It is not permissible to sit in a place where sins are committed, and the situation of cafes today is like that. Smoking shisha is Haram (forbidden). Merely sitting in a cafe near a mosque is not considered mockery unless it involves sarcasm or disdain, because mockery of religious rituals is apostasy. The mosque must be kept far from places of amusement and corruption.
