Is the presence of a shisha cafe half a kilometer from a mosque considered a mockery of the mosque, and are those who use shisha there considered apostates and mockers if they are aware of that?

It is not permissible to open a shop for serving shisha (hookah), due to the religious and financial harms it entails. It is among the impurities that Allah has forbidden, and it corrupts bodies and causes diseases. Moreover, its harm extends beyond the smoker to others. The presence of the shop near the mosque is not apostasy or mockery, but its owner and patrons should be advised to repent, have the ruling explained to them, and efforts should be made to close the shop through legitimate means.
