Is there any doubt concerning the Mudarabah transaction in which the capital owner possesses 50% of the profit in exchange for the capital, and participates in the remaining 50% with his effort and management to take 30% while the other two partners take 70%, and in the case of loss, he loses his capital and effort while they lose their effort?

This transaction is a valid Mudarabah according to the preponderant opinion of the people of knowledge, which is the madhhab of the Hanbalis. Al-Khiraqi mentioned that the profit in all types of partnership is based on what the partners agree upon, and there is no dispute regarding this in the pure Mudarabah. In the case where two individuals participate with the capital of one of them, such as one person providing capital and both working in it together, the worker who has no capital receives from the profit what they have agreed upon, because he is a pure Mudarib.
