Is the young man entitled to demand the return of his travel expenses to Germany, the zakat on his fiancée's gold, and the costs of their meetings, after the girl refused to move to Lebanon and requested a divorce?

If the marriage contract has been concluded and the woman has become a wife, and there was a prior agreement that she would not move from her country, then the husband must fulfill this condition, as it is one of the valid conditions in which the woman has an interest and which does not contradict the essence of the contract. Therefore, he must either retain her with kindness or release her with goodness. It is not permissible for him to demand money from her to divorce her, based on the Almighty's saying: "And do not make it difficult for them in order to take [back] part of what you have given them, unless they commit a clear immorality." Reconciliation is advised whenever possible to avoid divorce.
