Is it permissible for the husband to renege on a condition set by my family that he return me to visit them twice a year as long as I am living abroad, on the pretext that the condition was only for the beginning of the marriage, knowing that my family stipulated this because there was no set date for my return from abroad? And am I entitled to ask for my family to be brought to visit me in a nearby country due to the circumstances of the occupation? And is it permissible for a wife to refuse her husband's bed if he calls her after verbal or physical abuse, even if she is in the right?

Your condition for your husband to return you to your family twice a year is valid. Fulfilling it is recommended by the majority of scholars and obligatory according to the Hanbalis. Its duration does not end with his relocation or your return, unless that was part of the condition. You have the right to demand it. As for bringing your family to you, he is not obligated to do so, but he should do it if he can, to please you.
