What is the ruling on the prostration of recitation (Sajdat al-Tilawah), and is there a Taslim (salutation of peace) for it for one who is not performing Salah? What is its supplication? And should a worshipper, after the prostration of recitation at the end of a Surah, recite whatever is easy from the next Surah, or should he bow directly?

The prostration of recitation (Sajdat al-Tilawah) is a Sunnah, and one does not offer the salutation (taslim) after it. The worshiper should not recite the Quran after the prostration of recitation that occurs at the end of a Surah before bowing (ruku'). However, if one does recite, there is no harm in it. What is said in the prostrations of prayer is also said in it.
