There is no harm in benefiting from the incentives and offers of telecommunication companies, as they are considered free gifts from the company as long as the subscriber does not pay more than the usual price. This type of gift is categorized as a pure赠与 (hibah - a gratuitous donation) because the seller offers it to encourage the buyer, and the buyer accepts it on this basis. This type of promotional gift has been permitted by Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen and the Permanent Committee, provided that the goods are sold at their market value.
