Is it permissible for the owner of a telecommunications shop to give an employee money instead of the mobile device agreed upon between the association and the shop?

It is permissible for an employee to sell a device received as a gift from the association, provided it is not stipulated for use in work. It is not permissible to sell it if the employee bought it in installments from a store and the association acted as an intermediary or guarantor, as this would involve bay' al-inah (resale with repurchase) and usury (riba). Similarly, it is not permissible if the association buys devices from a store and sells them to the employee, and then the employee returns them to the store at a lower price.
