What is the ruling on trading non-alcoholic beer (barley water) imported from a European country?

If the drink is alcohol-free and not intoxicating, then there is no harm in consuming or trading it. This is because the default rule for things is permissibility, as evidenced by the Almighty’s saying: (And He has subjected to you whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on earth - all from Him), and His saying: (It is He who created for you all of that which is on the earth), and His saying: (O mankind, eat from whatever is on earth [that is] lawful and good).
